Please find some information below with regards to Ascott orders and our procedures at this time. 


Online Orders
We are still dispatching orders, however due to running a reduced staff level to allow our team and their families at home to remain safe, as well as practicing safe social distancing guidelines, we may be slower than usual to dispatch your order. Orders are currently being sent out twice a week, usually on a Monday and Thursday. You will be advised by a member of the team when your order is on it's way. If you need your order for a specific date, such as a birthday or anniversary, please add this information as an order note. 

As with many other retailers, our couriers are experiencing a significant increase in the number of consignments to deliver. As such, they too are experiencing some delays. They are trying their best, so please do accept our apologies for any delivery delays once we have dispatched your order.

Bespoke Order
Our Production Team are in the warehouse and are working on bespoke orders. Please note that we are carefully observing the Government's guidelines, and should any of the guidance change this may impact production of bespoke orders as the safety of our employees is of utmost priority to us.

If you have placed a bespoke order with us, we will keep all customers up to date as soon as we possibly can on the status of their order.
